Shipping
Orders are processed within 48 hours Assembly of drive units takes 3-5
business days. If stock is not available or there are other issues regarding
shipping, clients will be notified by Email.
All shipments carry insurance.
Shipping within North America
Canada Post Expedited Ground Service - 7-14 day delivery
FedEx - 2-6 day delivery
Overseas Shipping
Shipping broker for air freight - 7-14 day delivery
Lochar Evers International (large orders) - 4-5 week delivery
Warranties
All drivers sold by Innovative Sound Technologies Ltd. carry a 1 (one) year manufacturer's defect warranty unless otherwise specified. Examples of manufacturer's defects would be imperfections in cone and surround materials, weak glue joints and broken or damaged baskets. Innovative Sound Technologies Ltd. warranties DO NOT cover situations where units have been damaged by abuse. This includes (but is not limited to) damaged coils from bottoming, over-excursion, voice coil glue melting, and ripped spiders. Parties are urged to contact Innovative Sound Technologies Ltd. if further clarification of these warranty standards is required.
Returns
To maintain a high level of quality assurance, we urge you to contact us if you are unhappy with your order within 5 days of receiving your product (Email us at sales@istonline.ca). We will make alternate arrangements with you at that point. If you receive your package damaged, contact the carrier directly. All shipped boxes have insurance so this should not be an issue. Lost or missing packages should also be followed up with the carrier.
